OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respect the confidentiality of your business information
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Until final payment is received, we retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in our work
- Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose
- We reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio
- We retain ownership of pre-existing materials and any generic components developed during the provision of services
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment schedules will be outlined in project proposals or agreements
- A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences
- Final deliverables will be released upon receipt of full payment
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement
- All invoices are due within 3 days of receipt
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant services
- We are not responsible for the content you provide or your use of our deliverables
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results from our services
TERMINATION
- Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement
- Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
- Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement
- We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms
CONFIDENTIALITY
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the provision of services
- This obligation continues beyond the termination of our business relationship
REVISIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
- Revisions to deliverables are handled as outlined in your project agreement
- Changes to project scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided on our website
